I was born and raised in central Illinois, where I graduated from Illinois State University with degrees in Business Education and a Master's in Business Administration. Following a career in the corporate world, I felt a calling to help others in different ways. I sought out and completed my Master's in Social Work from the University of Illinois.

Throughout my therapeutic journey I have worked with a variety of clients and find a deep passion for helping those navigate the challenges of their lives.

Personally, I am a wife and the mother of 4 children. I enjoy reading, crocheting and traveling with my family.

My office is located at 2103 E. Washington St, Suite 3E in Bloomington IL.

Look for Building 3 in Washington Park and head in the front entrance. Once in the building head down the stairs to Suite 3E.

A comfortable waiting room is located inside the suite. Please wait in the waiting room until I welcome you into the therapy room to ensure confidentiality for all clients.

My office is the first door to the right inside the suite. An inviting and comfortable space is waiting for you.
