Do you accept insurance?

Currently I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare/UMR, and Aetna. I always recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm your benefits

What if I am out of network?

My cash rate is $165 for individual therapy appointments. If I am out of network for your insurance plan I can provide a superbill so you may seek reimbursement for my services through your insurance provider. I always recommend connecting with your insurance provider to discuss your benefits.

Do you offer telehealth or virtual appointments?

I offer telehealth/virtual appointments at the request of my clients. Clients must reside and be present in the state of Illinois at the time of the virtual session due to licensing requirements.

What is your cancelation policy?

I recognize that life happens and there may be situations where you will need to cancel a sessions. I require sessions be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

Do you have a no show fee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If we have a scheduled appointment and you do not cancel in advance and/or do not attend the session you will be charge $50. At anytime there are other clients that unable to reserve a weekly appointment time. This fee is a way to respect everyone's time.

How frequent will we meet?

Accepted Answer

Session frequency depends on the client's current functioning. I typically recommend weekly sessions to begin with to develop rapport and develop an understanding of my client's concerns. Session frequency can decrease to every other week or monthly if client functioning improves.

Question 7

How long are sessions?

Sessions typically are between 45 - 55 minutes.
